    Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    To provide support for all areas of the business as required. Facilitating office organisation and communication by performing administrative duties.

    To be a host to all internal and external visitors and ensure the smooth running of all events including but not limited to Board meeting, external training and events.

  • Account Manager – Cyber

    Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    To self-generate new business/leads and sales to identify opportunities for Cyber.  You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers with a view to achieving long term contracts for the supply of services to CCL.

    • Achieve personal weekly and monthly sales activity, to at least meet the set KPI’s in order to grow sales results and increase market share
    • Accurately forecast sales and monitor market trends

    • Use initiative to identify and follow up additional opportunities within existing client accounts to yield additional leads
    • Proactively follow up leads generated from all marketing activity by the Marketing team

  • Cell Site Analyst

    Main Purpose/ Job Summary:

    The ideal candidate will be required to actively contribute to the casework and knowledge of the Cell Site Experts, using their experience and training within a relevant part of the Telecommunications Industry. They must be able to support ongoing casework by performing surveys, processing call data, mapping and quality assurance checking so must have a technical aptitude and keen attention to detail.

    ‘Flexibility’ is an essential requirement to the role, as are a driving licence and SC security clearance.

    • Presentation of findings within the UK Justice System

  • E-Disclosure & Data Analytics Consultant

    Main Purpose/Job Summary:

    We are looking for exceptional people to work in our eDisclosure services division where we provide support to clients and their legal advisors by assisting in the preservation, collection, processing, investigation and hosting of electronically stored information (ESI) in response to litigation, civil disputes and investigations.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the delivery of projects throughout all stages of the EDRM, including, scoping, collection, processing, review and production/presentation
    • Operate processing and review tools, specifically Clearwell and Nuix
    • Respond to requests for support from clients
    • Reporting of process against budget and timeframe to the project manager
    • Deliver review training to clients in person and over online meetings
    • Capture of data from servers, bespoke systems and email clients
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Understanding of Network architecture and knowledge of large scale software deployments

    Required Skill Set & Experience:

    • Previous experience of working on e-disclosure projects, covering the entire EDRM
    • Experience of using processing tools preferably Nuix
    • Experience of using e-disclosure platforms preferably Clearwell
    • Experience of using forensic tools such as EnCase and FTK
    • Awareness of forensic data handling best practices and procedures
    • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
