Following the success of our first event, CCL are holding our second seminar on digital evidence and disclosure on Tuesday 3rd July at our state of the art digital forensics lab in Stratford-Upon-Avon. The seminar will run from 10.30-14.30 and lunch will be included. Specifically focused for law enforcement and CPS for which there will be no charge.
The seminar will look at how to manage the risk around the proper examination of devices, analysing the volume of digital evidence recovered and effective management of disclosure obligations.
The seminar will cover:
- Digital evidence: what is it and how to obtain it
- Setting strategies for proportionate examination of seized media
- Managing risk around content
- How to analyse large volumes of digital evidence
- Effective approaches to managing disclosure
